About Me
Healing spaces are portals of transformation
I am a life-long learner, mother, daughter, friend, clinical psychologist, coach, facilitator and consultant. I co-create relational spaces with my clients that support them in their personal journey. I believe in a holistic approach that sees individuals within the systems in which they interact. My intention is for equitable, integrated healing for individuals and their communities.
I work within a Liberation Health model and center a decolonial, anti-racist, sex-positive, queer, gender-affirming, feminist perspective. I create healing spaces that welcome and affirm individuals in all their intersecting identities and how those can evolve over time.
My practice is trauma-informed: by recognizing the systems that perpetuate harm to individuals and communities, and actively striving to dismantle those in order to heal and be whole. I work with my clients to help them create narratives that honor and uphold their past, present, and future selves.
My approach uses tools from several modalities to develop a plan that works best for each individual, as well as including contemplative practice, play, and nature-based sensory reintegration. I am passionate about music, dance, art, and nature, and will use these as mediators of expression and change with clients whose interests overlap.
I am honored to work with the Boston Center for Contemplative Practice
