Turning In: Healing Into The End of 2020

The beginning of winter invites us to turn inward. Moving with conscientious reflection, we will process inwardly, so critical to our healing as we move through covid, a racial uprising, and the election. This 4-week group, hosted by the Boston Center for Contemplative Practice (BCCP), offers an intentional space for a small group of BIPOC women and non-binary individuals, critical as we move into a season of increasing isolation and the challenges that come with the end of 2020.

We will use this season as a guide in this group, harvesting the fruit of our growth in 2020 by making room for gratitude. As so much greenery dies back and is shed, we consider what we need to let go of, and we will share space to grieve our losses from the year. With the days shortening, we will approach our own period of rest and introspection, and plant the seeds for new growth in spring.

DETAILS AND ENROLLMENT: This space will be limited to 6 individuals and will comprise 4 90-minute Zoom sessions. Two weekly groups will be available (click link for registration through):

No one will be turned away because of funds. Pricing is based on a 3-tier self-selecting pricing system: Community $60 ($15/session); Sustainer $80 ($20/session), and Supporter $100 ($25/session). Participants will receive a pre-emailed set of prompts for each group, as well as follow-up journaling and processing practices.

All funds will be sent to the Just Healing Coalition, a fledgling group affiliated with the Boston Center for Contemplative Practice, raising money to support the work of BIPOC healers and wellness practitioners in Boston.
